Shipping Policy
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, with a tracking number where available.
Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination, generally arriving within 3–7 business days after processing. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.
Shipping Costs & Methods
This policy applies to physical products purchased through our online shop. It does not apply to in-studio services or bookings, which are fulfilled at our Decatur, GA location.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. We currently ship within the United States. If local pickup is available for your order, that option will be offered at checkout too.
Delays, Lost Packages & Contact Us
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at contact@sanctumandsoulthewellnesshouse.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve it. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our hands, but we will do our best to assist in tracking it down.
